Using Boltch

Boltch provides access to AI models, routing tools, account controls, and billing features. You are responsible for your account activity, API keys, prompts, outputs, integrations, and any users you invite or provision.

Billing and balances

Usage is billed against your account balance at the catalog rate shown for each model. Top-ups, credits, and usage are recorded in the account ledger and visible from the dashboard. The amount you approve at checkout is the full amount Boltch credits to your balance. Boltch adds no hidden fees, surcharges, or markups beyond the catalog rate shown before you pay. For cryptocurrency top-ups, blockchain network (miner) fees are set by the network you transact on, not by Boltch, and are never deducted from your credited balance.

No refunds

All purchases, top-ups, subscriptions, credits, and usage charges are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Unused account balances, expired subscription time, and consumed model requests are not redeemable for cash. See the Refund Policy for the full details and the legally required exceptions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Boltch to break the law, attack systems, abuse rate limits, evade safety controls, scrape or spam at scale, generate or distribute harmful content, violate others' rights, or attempt to obtain free or unlimited balance, access, credits, or compute.

Availability and changes

Models, pricing, limits, routing, performance, and features can change as the service evolves. Boltch may suspend, throttle, restrict, or terminate accounts that create risk, cause abuse, or violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You should independently review outputs before relying on them. Boltch is provided as available and, to the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid to Boltch in the previous 30 days.
